An early Zuni Water Polychrome Jar with four heartline deer arranged across the midsection, separated by large decorative crooked elements. The upper panel has alternating scroll elements and open field designs with diagonal hatching. Seperating the two panels is a double band at the shoulder with a ceremonial break. The bottom field is made up of opposing stepped elements with eyes. A heavy puki indenture is seen beneath the lower double framing lines and a deep indentation is also formed into the shoulder.
